Do I have to book in advance?

Yes, please book at least 48 hours in advance so we can secure your booking and avoid any disappointment on the day.

Do you have set times for tours?

No, you can choose your desired time for your tour (depending on availability).

How can I pay for my booking?

There are two ways to make your payment.
1. Via Credit Card (a 2% surcharge for all credit card payments)
2. Via Direct Credit (using internet banking)

How do i know if my booking is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your tour. Full payment must also be received before bookings are confirmed.

What if it's raining on the day of my tour?

As weather is so unpredictable, we will try to give you sufficient notice to reschedule your tour to another date. Alternatively, we can issue you with an X-Wing Gift Voucher to use within 6 months. We do not offer refunds.

What happens if i'm late for my tour?

If you are late for your tour, this will result in a reduced Tour time. ‘No Shows’ are non-refundable or cannot be rescheduled to another date.

What's the minimum age to ride an X-Wing Robo-Glider?

The minimum age is 6 years of age and onwards. 

Do you have weight restrictions to ride an X-Wing Robo-Glider?

The minimum weight is 25kg. The maximum weight is 100kg.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. We are happy to reschedule your tour or offer you an X-Wing Gift Voucher to use at a later date.

Can I take my phone to take photos during the tour

Yes, you are welcome to take your phone, you will be able to take photos during your tour when we take our pit stops along the way. 

How do i redeem my X-Wing Gift Voucher?

To redeem your voucher, please email us with the Voucher Code along with your desired tour and time. X-Wing Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase.
